Ms Lori Wanamaker has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Deputy Minister to the Premier and Cabinet Secretary and Head of the B.C. Public Service for the former Premier John Horgan. Prior to this, Lori held the position of Deputy Minister for the ministries of Finance; Children and Family Development; Justice; Public Safety and Solicitor General; Tourism, Culture and the Arts: and, Labour and Citizens’ Services. Previously, she also served as an Assistant Deputy Minister of several different portfolios within the ministries of Municipal Affairs and Community, Aboriginal and Women’s Services.

Mr. Chris O'Riley has been the President & Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles in the company including Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2015.

Ms. Kirsten Peck is the Senior Vice-President for Safety and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President for Engineering of the company. She is also associated with the Canadian Executive of the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE) and the Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO).

Mr Ryan Layton is the Executive Vice-President, Finance, Technology and Supply Chain and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he was the Chief Accounting Officer in BC Hydro's Finance function. Ryan also served as Manager of Transfer Pricing in PwC's Vancouver office.

Ms. Carolynn Ryan is the Senior Vice President for People and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, she worked at WorkSafeBC for 25 years in senior positions in Human Resources, with her final positions as Director of Labour Relations & Strategic Partnerships and Director of HR Operations - Worker and Employer Services.
