Mr. Gordon M. Nixon has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Director and Chair of Blackrock, Inc. and Lead Director of George Weston Limited. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Bank of Canada from 2001 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Nixon served as the Chief Executive Officer at RBC Dominion Securities Inc from 1999 to 2001. He also worked as the Chairman of MaRS.

Mr. Mirko Bibic has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2020. He also serves on the boards of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Royal Bank of Canada and the Business Council of Canada. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at BCE since 2015 and the Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer since 2012. Earlier to this, he joined the company as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory in 2004.

Ms. Devorah Lithwick has been the Chief Brand Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. She also serves as the Director of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and the Canadian Marketing Association. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Brand and Vice President of Marketing Communications of the company.

Mr. Cutis Millen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BCE and Bell Canada since 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Treasurer, and President at BIMCOR, Bell Canada’s pension fund subsidiary. Mr. Curtis Curtis worked as Media & Telecom investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets and Banc of America Securities.

Mr. Malcolmson serves as the Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel at Specialty Media Group. Previously, he served as the communications law practice leader and department head at one of Canada’s leading law firms.
