Beasley Broadcast Group Inc: Executives

Ms. Caroline Beasley has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Office and Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, she served as Business Manager, Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller. Ms. Beasley served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of BMI. Prior to this, she served as Chair of the National Association of Broadcasters.

Mr. Brian E Beasley has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Operations from 1997 until December 2016. Mr. Beasley has more than 40 years of media experience. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Radio Advertising Bureau and had served on the board of North Carolina Association of Broadcasters.

Mr. Shaun Greening has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the ocmpany since 2025. Previously, he served as Vice President of Financial Reporting of the company. He also worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG.

Mr. Michael Cooney has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at the company. He joined the company in 2007. Mr. Cooney is also the Chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters Radio Technical Committee.

: Ms. Heidi Raphael has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Greater Media, Inc. She currently serves as Co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation and is a member of the Florida Association of Broadcasters Board of Directors.
