Mr. Wang Changyi has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as officer and Deputy Director of Civil Aviation Administration of China (“CAAC”). Mr. Changyi served as the Deputy Director of the General Office, and the Vice Director-General of the Airport Department of CAAC. Earlier, he also served as the Secretary of the Party committee of the Civil Aviation Medical Center of CAAC.

Mr. Li Zhiyong has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Daxing International Airport from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Zhiyong also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing New Airport Construction Headquarters from 2013 until 2020. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing New Airport Construction Headquarters from 2010 to 2013; and the Deputy General Manager of the Financial Management Department of Capital Airports Holding Company. Previously, he served as the Vice General Manager of the Financial Management Department of Capital Airports Holding Company from 2009 to 2010. Earlier, Mr. Zhiyong also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Civil Airports Group Co Ltd from 2006 until 2009. Earlier, he served as the Head of the Finance Department of Hubei Airports Holding Company from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Zhiyong served as the Head of the Financial Office of Wuhan Tianhe Airport Co from 1997 to 2004.
