Mr. Song Kun has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Engineer and Director of the company. Mr. Kun served as the Deputy General Manager and the Chairman of Jilin Civil Airports Group Company. He also worked at China Airport Construction Corporation and China Airport Construction Group Corporation.

Mr. Li Zhiyong has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Beijing New Airport Construction Headquarters, Beijing Daxing International Airport, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Civil Airports Group Co Ltd. He also worked at Wuhan Tianhe Airport Co Ltd and Hubei Airports Holding Company.

Ms. Zhao Ying has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2023. She worked at Beijing Capital International Airport in 1997. She served as the Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary at the Operation Control Center of the company from 2013 to 2018.

Ms. Li Chun has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant in the regulations office of the Planning and Operation Department of Beijing Capital International Airport, an Assistant in the Planning and Development Division, and an Assistant to the Director and the Manager of Legal Affairs at the company. She also served as the Manager of the Technical Procurement Division and Quality and Safety Division at the company. She was the Deputy Party Secretary and an Executive Director of Capital Airports Group Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu Jiliang has been a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Chairman of Beijing CAH SATS Aviation Services Co Ltd and Beijing Aviation Ground Services Co Ltd. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Capital Airport Aviation Security Co Ltd and Beijing Capital Airport Food Management Co Ltd.
