Mr. Joos Sutter has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as Chairman of Coop Pronto AG, Allschwil; Coop Patenschaft für Berggebiete; Transgourmet Holding AG, Basel and Vice Chairman of Swiss Household Services Ltd, Oberbüren. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board of Coop Group Cooperative and Head of Retail of the Coop Cooperative, Basel from 2011 to 2021. Previously, he served as Member of the Executive Board of Coop Group Cooperative and Head of Trading of the Coop Cooperative, Basel from 2010 to 2011. Before that, he served as Head of Division Interdiscount of the Coop Group Cooperative, Basel from 2005 to 2009. Earlier, he served as Various management functions, Interdiscount of the Jegenstorf from 1999 to 2005. Prior to this, he served as Head of Finance/Human Resources of the Import Parfümerien AG, Zurich from 1996 to 1999. Previously, he served as Auditor of the PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich from 1991 to 1996.

Mr. Marco Tschanz has been the Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Bell Switzerland and Hubers/Sutag business areas since 2024. Previously, he served as the Head of Business Area Bell International from 2019 to 2024, and as the Head of Business Area Eisberg from 2022 to 2023. He also held the position of Head of IT at Bell Food Group from 2014 to 2022 and was the Interim Head of the Bell Germany division from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Swisscom Switzerland from 2013 to 2014; Head of IT Cloud Program ; Head of Controlling/CFO Network/IT and Wholesale from 2009 to 2013; Head of Controlling/CFO Private Customers from 2007 to 2009; Head of Controlling/CFO SMEs from 2006 to 2007. Previously, he held various managerial positions in the financial field from 2000 to 2006. He also served as Head of HR and Finance at Marex AG, Bienne from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Sven Friedli has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of the company from 2020 to 2025. Prior to this, he held various positions at Swisscom including Head of Enterprise Architecture & Innovation; from January. 2020 to September. 2020; Head of Architecture Management & Technology Transformation from 2015 to 2019; Head of Project & Portfolio Management Corporate Business from 2012 to 2015; Project Manager / Program Manager Corporate Business from 2008 to 2011. He also served as Project Manager and Software Developer at Mimacom AG from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, he served as Application Developer at IT Services AG from 2002 to 2006
