Mr. Partha Protim Mondal has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President & Head of IT at Atul Limited. Earlier, Mr. Mondal served various roles in the chemical, automobile, consulting, technology, and IT sectors, organizations such as Tata Cummins Ltd, Satyam Computers Ltd, iGATE Global Solutions and Computer Science Corporation

Mr. Kuldip Singh Dhingra has been the Chairman of the company since 1991. He is an Industrialist and Promoter of the company. Mr. Dhingra has experience in the paints and related industries. He has been a Director of the company since 1991.
