Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi has been the Chairman of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, Red Bull Distillery Group of Companies and Big C Supercenter Public Co Ltd. Mr. Sirivadhanabhakdi serves as the Chairman of TCC Asset World Corp Public Co Ltd, Fraser and Neave Ltd, TCC Asset World Corp Ltd, and Sura Bangyikhan Group of Companies. He also serves as the Chairman of Thai Beverage Public Co Ltd, Beer Thai (1991) Public Co Ltd, TCC Land Co Ltd, and TCC Corp Ltd, and Siriwana Co., Ltd.

Mr. Thirasakdi Nathikanchanalab has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Nathikanchanalab also served as the Managing Director of SCG Trading Company Ltd from 1991 until 2001; the Finance Manager of The Siam Cement Public Company Ltd from 1986 to 1991. Earlier, he was the Trading and Finance Manager at SCG Trading Company Limited from 1980 to 1986.

Mr. Aswin Techajareonvikul has been the Vice Chairman and President of Retail Business at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Techajareonvikul serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Big C Supercenter Public Co Ltd. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of TCC Intertrade Co Ltd and TCC Logistics and Warehouse Co Ltd, and a Director of TCC Corp Co Ltd.

Ms. Thapanee Techajareonvikul has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Acting President of Healthcare Business and Acting Chief People Officer of the company since 2025. She also serves as the Acting Chief People Office of Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, she was the Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Big C Retail Corporation Public Company Limited from 2023 to 2024. Ms. Techajareonvikul also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2019 to 2019 and as the Acting Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2019.

Ms. Anchalee Rimviriyasab has been the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of the Financial Report at the company. Ms. Rimviriyasab held various positions at the company including an Assistant Vice President of Consolidation and Business Analysis; the Senior Manager of Consolidation and Business Analysis; and the Manager of Consolidation. Earlier, she served as the Senior audit assistant at KPMG Phoomchai Audit.
