Mr. Thomas Rabe has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2012. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of RTL Group. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bertelsmann AG and Head of Bertelsmann Music Group. Previously, he served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Clearstream International and Head of Acquisitions at Beteiligungsgesellschaft Neue Lander. He also served as a Director of Controlling at Treuhandanstalt; Associate at the Forrester Norall and Sutton law firm; and Directorate-General of Financial Institutions and Corporate Law at European Commission.

Mr. Rolf Heallermann has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served the Chief Executive Officer of Arvato Financial Solutions from 2018 to 2020 and Chief Financial Officer of Arvato from 2015 to 2018. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Controlling and Strategy at Bertelsmann from 2012 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Controlling and Strategy at Bertelsmann.

Mr. Steven Moran has been the Chief Partnership Officer and Chief Learning Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Learning Officer and Head of Bertelsmann University in 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the former Transformation Management Office and Executive Vice President at Corporate Center in 2013. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of BMG in 2010. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resource, Strategy and Controlling at Bertelsmann in 2007. He joined the company in 1999.

Mr. Immanuel Hermreck has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Corporate Management Development of the company. He also served as the Head of Bertelsmann University; and Head of the Media Economics department at Bertelsmann Stiftung. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of the Media Academy Cologne, Bertelsmann Stiftung; and Consultant in the Media department, and Head of the Summer Academy on Business Journalism at Bertelsmann Stiftung.

Mr. Christoph Mohn has been the Chairman of the company since January 2013. He also serves as the Chairman of Reinhard Mohn Stiftung, Managing Director of Christoph Mohn Internet Holding GmbH and a Director of Bertelsmann Stiftung. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lycos Europe from 1997 to 2009; and Vice President of Telemedia, Business Development and Marketing. He also worked with McKinsey & Company and Bertelsmann Music Group.
