Earlier, he served as Managing Partner of VivaKi from 2006 to 2010.

Ms. Corie S. Barry has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2019. Previously, she served as the company’s Chief Strategic Transformation Officer from 2018 to 2019 and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Barry served as the Chief Strategic Growth Officer and the Interim Leader of the company from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of finance, e-commerce and marketing from 2015 to 2017; and Vice President of category finance of the company from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Mathew R. Watson has been Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since 2017. Previously he served as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Watson served as vice president, finance - controller from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this he served as vice president - finance, domestic controller from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this Mr. Watson was also senior director, external reporting and corporate accounting from 2010 to 2013. Previously Mr. Watson worked at KPMG from 1995 to 2005.

Mr. Neal Sample has been executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer of the company since 2025. Previously he served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. Prior to this, he was chief information officer at Northwestern Mutual. Previously Mr. Sample held technology and commercial leadership roles at several large organizations, including Express Scripts, American Express, eBay and Yahoo.
