Mr. Howard W. Lutnick is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald; and the Chairman of Electronic Liquidity Exchange. Previously, he served as a President at Cantor Fitzgerald from 1991 until 2017.

Mr. Shaun D. Lynn is the Vice Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as Executive Managing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald International. Previously, he held capital markets roles in various companies such as Paul E Schweder Miller & Co and Purcell Graham Inc.

Mr. Jason W. Hauf has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Exos Technology and Financial Partners. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Royal Company of Scotland, Corporate and Institutional Companying Division, Americas. Before this, he served as the Vice President at AIG Financial Products Corp. He also served as the Manager at Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Sean A. Windeatt is the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Co-Global Head of Brokerage of the company. Prior to this, he held various financial management positions in Cantor Fitzgerald International. Previously, he worked at United Assurance.

Ms. Karen Laureano-Rikardsen is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served at various positions at CRT Capital Group. Previously, she served as the Head of Communication for Global Equities in Latin America at Credit Suisse. Earlier, she served as the Head of Corporate and External Affairs at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
