Ms. Renuka Gera has been the Director of Industrial Systems and Products Division of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Industry Sector. Ms. Gera started her career at BHEL as Engineer Trainee in Transmission Business Group and has an experience of over 36 years in various verticals, which includes Energy Storage Systems, Defence, Railway Electrification, Electric Mobility, Transportation, Transmission Systems including High Voltage Direct Current Transmission, Renewable Energy & Water Management Systems.

Mr. Krishna Kumar Thakur has been the Director of Human Resources Division of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Human Resource Department of railway divisions. Mr. Thakur has an experience of over 25 years in Indian Railways and CPSUs with fine handling of HR matters and administration.
