Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal has been the Chairman of the company since October 2021. He was the Chairman of GSM Association (GSMA) from 2016 to 2018. He serves as the Executive Chairman of OneWeb. He is a member of several institutions and councils including International Business Council-WEF, Telecom Board of International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and Commissioner of the UNESCO Broadband Commission, Global Board of Advisors at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), a Trustee at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace from 2009 to 2021 and on the Board of Qatar Foundation Endowment. Earlier, he served as President of Confederation of Indian Industry and has served on the Prime Minister of India’s Council on Trade and Industry. He also served on the board of multiple companies including Unilever PLC, Standard Chartered Bank PLC and SoftBank Corp. Presently, he is serving as Chairman of the B20 Action Council on African Economic Integration during India’s G20 Presidency. He is Co-Chair of the ICT and Emerging Technologies Working Group of the India-US CEO Forum. He also serves as a member of the India-UK, India-Japan, India-Sweden CEO Forums. He is Co-Chair of the India-Africa Business Council.

Mr. Gopal Vittal has been the Vice Chairman of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Shashwat Sharma has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Mr. Soumen Ray has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Auto Ltd. Prior to this, he worked at Viacom18, Hindustan Unilever, ITC and Eveready Industries India.

Mr. Randeep Singh Sekhon has been the Chief Technology officer of the company. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Hutchison Tri Indonesia.
