Dr. Kiran Mazumdar has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Science Foundation, Ireland. Currently, she serves as the Chairman, Biotechnology, at Karnataka's Vision Group and also as a member at the advisory council of the Government’s Department of Biotechnology. Dr. Mazumdar also serves as a member at the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission.

Mr. Siddharth Mittal has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Managing Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer and President, Finance of the company, since 2013. He has 15 years of global and diversified experience in the field of strategic finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, taxation amongst others. Previously, he has served as the Vice President- Finance and Corporate Controller at Symphony Teleca and various other roles in S.R. Batliboi & Co. and Xchanging Plc.

Mr. M.B. Chinappa has been the Chief Financial Officer of Biocon Biologics since 2019. Prior to this, he served as President (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer at Syngene International Ltd since 2008. He also served as the Senior Manager Finance in 1999. Mr. Chinappa initially served in the finance team and also worked as a member of Syngene International Ltd’s Core Committee.

Mr. Peter Bains has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company.
