Chief Executive Officer Senior ManagementMr. Philip A. Serlin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2016. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2009-2016. Previously, Mr. Serlin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Kayote Networks Inc from January 2008 to August 2008 and also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd from 2006-2007. Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMs. Mali Zeevi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2016. Prior to this role, she served as the company’s Senior Director of Finance and Reporting since 2011 and as a Director of Finance and Reporting since 2009. Prior to BioLineRx, Ms. Zeevi served at Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd as the Vice President of Finance. She also served as a CPA at Kesselman & Kesselman, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited.
Tami Rachmilewitz, M.D
Chief Medical Officer Senior ManagementMr. Tami Rachmilewitz, M.D has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at VBL Therapeutics.
