Dr. Aharon Schwartz has been the Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Head of Teva Innovative Ventures. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Protalix Ltd. Dr. Schwartz currently holds the position of Chairman of the Boards for several companies, including DPharm Ltd, BioCancell Ltd, CureTech Ltd, and Biomas Ltd.

Mr. Philip A. Serlin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2009 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Serlin held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Kayote Networks Inc. from January 2008 to August 2008, and he was the Chief Financial Officer of Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd. from 2006 to 2007. Before this, he held several senior positions at Chiaro Networks Ltd and Deloitte. Mr. Serlin also serves as a Director of Vascular Biogenics Ltd.

Ms. Mali Zeevi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the company’s Senior Director of Finance and Reporting since 2011 and as Director of Finance and Reporting since 2009. Previously, Ms. Zeevi was the Vice President of Finance at Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd.

Dr. Ella Sorani has been the Chief Development Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Research and Development from 2017 to 2020. Prior to BioLineRx, she held various management positions within the Global R&D divisions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2000 to 2016, including roles as Senior Director and Global Project Leader.
