Mr. Alexandre Merieux has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously he served as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. and Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice-President of Microbiology unit and Manufacturing and Supply Operations. He also served as the Corporate Vice-President of Industrial Applications unit of the company. Mr. Alexandre served as the President of Adriant SAS and the Marketing Director of Silliker.

Mr. Boulud has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations of bioMerieux. Prior to this, he worked for 14 years in Ipsen pharmaceutical company and held various positions, including Head of the Department of Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Boulud also served as the Executive Vice President in charge of Specialty Care Commercial Operations in Ipsen. Prior to joining Ipsen, he served at the Boston Consulting Group.

Dr. Mark Miller has been the Corporate Vice President and the Chief Medical Officer of the company. He is certified in internal medicine, infectious diseases, and clinical microbiology. He is also a professor of medicine at McGill University. Before joining bioMerieux, he was the Head of Infectious Diseases, the Chair of infection prevention and control and the Chief of Clinical Microbiology at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal for over more than 15 years.
