Blackbaud Inc: Executives

Mr. Andrew M Leitch has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Previously, he served at L & L Energy Inc, Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. and STR Holdings, Inc. Mr. Leitch also served at Deloitte & Touche LLP, as an accounting firm, for over 27 years, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Management Committee, Hong Kong.

Mr. Michael P. Gianoni has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2024. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Group President of Financial Institutions at Fiserv Inc from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Gianoni joined Fiserv as the President of its Investment Services division in 2007. He served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager at CheckFree Investment Services from 2006 to 2007 when CheckFree was acquired by Fiserv.

Mr. Chad Anderson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from in 2022 to 2025. He also served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller 2013 to 2022 and Chief Financial Officer of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region at Brightpoint Inc from 2009 to 2013.

Mr. Kevin Gregoire has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as the President of Blackbaud’s Enterprise Markets Group. Mr. Gregoire served as Group President of Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv.

Mr. Kevin McDearis serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2016. He served as the Senior Vice President of Global Product Development of the company from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Director at Technology Association of Georgia, TAG, since 2011 and as Vice Chairman of the Board in 2014.
