Mr. Jeffrey Olsen has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2014 to 2016; Chief Commercial Officer for Rio Tinto’s Iron & Titanium business from 2010 to 2016, and Chief Financial Officer for Rio Tinto’s Borax and Minerals divisions. Mr. Olsen also held various financial roles at General Chemical Corporation, Rio Tinto and Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Jenny Fuss has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Global Financial Services & Systems and Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer, Vehicle Group and eMobility at Eaton. Mr. Fuss also held various senior financial roles including Vice President of Finance at Siemens AG.

Mr. Denis Despres has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Major Drilling and Senior Vice President, Drilling Services and Products divisions of the company.

Ms. Giovanna Moscoso has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Legal Consultant in the Mining industry. Ms. Giovanna held higher roles including Partner, Assistant General Counsel and the Vice President at Barrick Gold. Currently, she also serves as the Chairwoman of Calipuy Resources Inc; and Director and Chairman of Palladium One Mining Inc.

Mr. Daniel Goldblatt has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as Chief Human Resources Officer at Serta Simmons from 2019 to 2022; Senior Vice President in Human Resources at Acuity Brand Lighting from 2006 to 2019. Mr. Goldblatt also held various human resource positions as Vice President Human Resources Performance Products Division and Asia Pacific at Hexion Speciality Chemicals, Phase Two Strategies and Trucolor.
