Mr. Alain Guttmann has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Partner of CapDconsulting since 2005. Previously, he served as a Manager of a private equity vehicle and founded SFF Financial Services from 2000 to 2004. He worked as an Executive Vice President of Central Europe and the Chief Executive Officer for Switzerland at Ernst & Young Consulting from 1996 to 2000. He was a Director and Partner of ICME management consulting Lausanne and Paris; and a Marketing Brand manager for Jacobs Suchard. Currently, he holds Directorships at Alpavest; Bertrams; Biokema; Cluster; CIEL Electricite; JBF Finance; Origins Holdings; LBIS; Voxia communication; Wider, and Bobst Group.

Mr. Jean-Pascal Bobst has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Bobst served in various Management positions with the company. Previously, he served as Production Head at Berlin for Schindler Berlin. Currently, he serves as a board member of JBF Finance SA and Foundation Lumiere & Vie; and as Chairman of Foundation Lumière & Vie, Epalinges, and Foundation ESBS.

Mr. Attilio Tissi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Controller of Group Supply Production and Logistics; Managing Director of Bobst SA; and Chief Financial Officer ad interim of the company from 2008 to 2011. Previously, he served as an Associate of MCC Management Consulting & Coaching from 2002-2007. Earlier, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at SIG Positec International AG. During 1994 to 1997 he was an Assistant to the Group Chief Financial Officer at SIG Holding AG.
