Mr. Sun Yu has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank between March 2020 and December 2020. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Bank of China between February 2019 and December 2020 and also as the Chief Overseas Business between at Bank of China between September 2018 and February 2019.

Ms. Liu Chang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2026.

Mr. Xu Haifeng is the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Bank of China (Europe) S.A. and General Manager of BOC Luxembourg Branch. Prior to this, he held management positions at various institutions including the Head Office, Liaoning Branch, and New York Branch as Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of Hungary Branch.

Mr. Chan Man has been a Deputy Chief Executive of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman for BOC Credit Card (International) Limited and a Director of BOC Life. Previously, he worked at Hua Chiao Commercial Bank Limited and held various positions, including Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking & Financial Institutions Department, Head of Product Development Division of Economics & Strategic Planning Department, General Manager of Institutional Business Department, General Manager of Business Optimisation Center, and General Manager of Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department.

Ms. LI Tong has been a Deputy Chief Executive of the company since 2024. She also serves as the Chairman of BOCHK Asset Management Limited. Prior to this, she served at BOC International Holdings Limited and served as Executive Director, Executive President, and Chief Executive Officer.
