Mr. Sun Yu has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank between March 2020 and December 2020. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Bank of China between February 2019 and December 2020 and also as the Chief Overseas Business between at Bank of China between September 2018 and February 2019.

Mr. Liu Chenggang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. He served as the General Manager of Equity Investment and Subsidiary Management Department at BOC. He served as the General Manager of Financial Management Department of BOC from June 2016 to October 2018 and Treasury of BOC from March 2014 to June 2016. He joined BOC in July 1994 and had experience in financial management, treasury and global markets functions.

Ms. Mdm JIANG Xin has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she held various positions in the bank including General Manager of Channel Management, e-Banking, and Qingdao Branch.

Mr. Ge Haijiao has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. He also serves as a Director of BOC Hong Kong (BVI) Limited and BOC Hong Kong (Group) Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Governor of Hebei Province from November 2021 to March 2023, Previously, he worked as the Executive Director of China Everbright Group Ltd. from November 2018 to September 2019, and Executive Director and President of China Everbright Bank Company Limited from January 2019 to September 2019. Earlier, he served as Deputy General Manager of China Everbright Group Ltd.
