Mr. Eric Martel has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Hydro-Quebec since July 2015. Mr. Martel also held several positions including President of Bombardier Business Aircraft, President Bombardier Aerospace Services, Vice President and General Manager of the Global and Challenger platforms from 2002 to 2015. Previously, he also worked at Bombardier Transportation as the Vice President Operations for North America from 2002 to 2004. Previously, Mr. Martel worked for various other high-profile multinational companies, such as Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, Procter & Gamble and Kraft Foods.

Mr. Bart Demosky has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Rail Systems Inc, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway from 2013 to 2015 and Chief Financial Officer for Suncor Energy Inc from 2009 to 2013.

Mr. Martin LeBlanc has been the Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Account Executive. Previously, he was the Director, Legal Compliance, Ethics, Contracts, and Security at L3 Harris Technologies.

Mr. Pierre Beaudoin has been the Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman of Bombardier Inc from 2015 to 2017 and President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2008 to 2015. Previously, he served as the President of Bombardier Aerospace, Business Aircraft. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Aerospace.
