Mr. Peter Starrett has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He is the Founder and serves as the President at Peter Starrett Associates since 1998. Earlier, Mr. Starrett served as the President at Warner Bros from 1990 to 1998. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Children’s Place. Mr. Starrett has over 30 years of experience in the retail industry.

Mr. John Hazen has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 5, 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Digital Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Hazen served as the Senior Vice President of Commerce and Subscriptions at Ring from 2017 to 2018. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Direct to Consumer division at True Religion from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Hazen also worked at Kellwood, Nike and Fox Racing. Currently, he serves on the board of Canadian retailer Grafton Apparel, Ltd.

Mr. James M. Watkins has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since November 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations of the company. Previously, Mr. Jim served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Mindspeed Technologies.

Ms. Laurie Grijalva has been the Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Buying and Merchandising of the company from 2004 to 2014. Ms. Grijalva joined the company in 1993 as the Senior Merchant and since then she has been in a variety of capacities. Prior to this, she served at LeRoy Knitted Sportswear from 1981 to 1988 and Grunwald Marx Apparel from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Michael A Love has been the Chief Retail Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Stores from June 2018 to April 2022 of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Merchandise Planning from April 2017 to June 2018 and Vice President of Merchandise Planning from May 2014 to April 2017 at the company. Earlier, Mr. Love served as the Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation at Claire’s Stores, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. He also served as the Vice President and Divisional Planning Manager at Kohl’s Corporation from 2008 to 2010. He joined the company in 2014.
