Mr. Peter Starrett has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He is the Founder and serves as the President at Peter Starrett Associates since 1998. Earlier, Mr. Starrett served as the President at Warner Bros from 1990 to 1998. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Children’s Place. Mr. Starrett has over 30 years of experience in the retail industry.

Mr. James G Conroy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served various leadership positions of Claire’s Stores, Inc. including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer in 2012, President from 2009 to 2012 and Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he worked at Blockbuster Entertainment Group from 1996 to 1998, Kurt Salmon Associates from 2003 to 2005 and Deloitte Consulting in various capacities. Mr. Conroy also serves on the board of directors of Party City Holdco Inc.

Mr. James M. Watkins has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations of the company. Previously, Mr. Jim served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Mindspeed Technologies.

Mr. John Hazen has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Commerce and Subscriptions at Ring from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Direct to Consumer division at True Religion from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Hazen also worked at Kellwood, Nike and Fox Racing. Currently, he serves on the board of Canadian retailer Grafton Apparel, Ltd.

Ms. Laurie Grijalva has been the Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Buying and Merchandising of the company from 2004 to 2014. Ms. Grijalva joined the company in 1993 as the Senior Merchant and since then she has been in a variety of capacities. Prior to this, she served at LeRoy Knitted Sportswear from 1981 to 1988 and Grunwald Marx Apparel from 1990 to 1993.
