Mr. Matt McKenzie has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the company from 2025 to 2026. Previously, Mr. McKenzie served as the Executive General Manager, Concrete And Quarries (South) at the company. He was the General Manager of Solids Waste NSW at Cleanaway. Previously, Mr. McKenzie held leadership appointments at GE and Oracle Utilities.

Mr. Stefan Camphausen is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bapcor. Mr. Camphausen held various positions including, Chief Financial Officer at CIMIC Group, CPB Contractors, and Thiess, along with senior finance roles at Hochtief in Europe.

Ms. Kate Jackson is an Executive General Manager of Property, Planning and Environment at the company. She has over 20 years of expertise in property development and environmental impact assessment. she worked in both corporate and consulting sectors, leading cross-functional teams and strategic projects.

Mr. Jean-Paul Wallace has been the General Counsel and Company Secretary at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel and Secretary at UGL, Tenix, and CPB Contractors. He has nearly two decades of expertise in the engineering and construction sectors.

Ms. Sam Toppenberg has been the Executive General Manager of People and Culture at the company since 2022. Previously, she led People functions at Service Stream, Ventia, Holcim, and Adelaide Brighton, bringing extensive experience in construction materials and contracting.
