Previously, he served as the Vice President of Plant Management in Germany and Turkey at Bosch Limited. Mr. Bhattacharya also served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2016, Joint Managing Director from 2012 to 2016, Managing Director from 2017 to 2023 and as the Regional President for the Bosch Group in India. He also served at TATA Steel, INDAL, IPITATA, and Tanishq of Titan Company Limited.

Mr. Sandeep Nelamangal has been the Joint Managing Director, Director and President of Bosch Mobility India of the company since 2023. Currently, he also serves as a Director at ETAS Automotive India Private Limited, Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Private Limited and MICO Trading Private Limited.

Mr. Tillmann Olsen has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President at Bosch Rexroth AG. Prior to this, he served as Regional President of Bosch Rexroth Africa. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Bosch Rexroth South Africa Group.

Mr. Guruprasad Mudlapur has been the Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Regional President, Managing Director of Bosch Automotive Electronics Pvt Ltd. from 2016 and 2022. Mr. Mudlapur also served at NXP Semiconductors in Singapore and the Netherlands. Currently, he serves as the Vice President at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions India Ltd. He also serves as the Sun Mobility Private Limited, Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Limited, Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited, Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, Robert Bosch (Bangladesh) Limited, and Robert Bosch Lanka (Private) Limited.
