Mr. Owen D. Thomas has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc (LBHI) from 2012 to 2013; and serves as a Directors at LBHI. Earlier, he held various positions at Morgan Stanley including the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd, President of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Head of Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Managing Director from 1987 until 2011. He served as a Director of Grosvenor Group Limited from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. Michael E. LaBelle has been an Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company from 2007 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of the company from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Vice President and Relationship Manager at Fleet National Bank from 1991 to 2000.

Mr. Michael R. Walsh has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Paramount Group Inc from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Walsh served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets of the company from 1986 to 2015.

Mr. Frank D. Burt has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Boston Properties from 2003 until 2019. Previously, he served as an Attorney at Nutter, McClennen & Fish in Boston.

Mr. Peter D. Johnston has been an Executive Vice President of Washington, D.C. Region at Boston properties since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Regional Manager and Head of the Washington, DC Office of the company. Previously, he served as a Director of the Northern Virginia Chapter of NAIOP.
