Mr. Michael F. Mahoney has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the company since March 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President of Boston Scientific. Mr. Mahoney also served as the Chairman of the Medical Devices and Diagnostics (MD&D) division of Johnson & Johnson; the Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy franchise and the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX). Mr. Mahoney also worked at General Electric Medical Systems, in several leadership roles for domestic and global businesses in X-ray, Healthcare IT, CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine.

Mr. Daniel J. Brennan has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Corporate Controller of the company since January of 2010. He joined Boston Scientific in December 1996. Mr. Brennan served as the Vice President and the Assistant Corporate Controller between 2009 and 2008. Between 2001 and 2008, he served as the Vice President of finance and information technology for worldwide financial and strategic planning (2008), investor relations (2006-2007), international finance (2005-2006) and the cardiovascular division (2001-2005).

Ms. Mary Beth Moynihan has been the Senior Vice President, Market Access and Chief Marketing Officer since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Market Access from 2016 to 2021 and Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and Marketing from 2012 to 2016. Ms. Moynihan also served at Braxton Associates, the strategy division of Deloitte & Touche, and an Auditor and Financial Analyst for Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Ian Meredith has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Meredith used to work as Direct at MonashHeart and has over 20 years of experience as a clinical and interventional cardiologist.

Mr. Kenneth Stein has been the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Medical Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer in Rhythm Management and Global Health Policy. Mr. Stein also held the position of Associate Director of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Associate Professor of Medicine at Cornell University.
