Brandywine Realty Trust: Executives

Mr. Gerard H. Sweeney has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Trustee of the company since 1994. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President at LCOR. Previously, Mr. Sweeney served in various capacities, including the Financial Vice President and General Partner at Linpro from 1983 to 1994. He serves as a Member of the Real Estate Roundtable, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and Urban Land Institute (ULI); and as the Chairman of the Schuylkill River Development Corporation (SRDC) and Philadelphia Regional Port Authority. He is also a Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Bonomo Turkish Taffy LLC.

Mr. Thomas E. Wirth has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and President at Feldman Mall Properties from 2004 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Wirth served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at SL Green Realty Corporation from 1997 to 2004. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Greenwich and served at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Daniel Palazzo has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since January 2015. Previously, he served as the Director of Operations in the company's New Jersey Region from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Palazzo has also been the Vice President of Asset Management in the company's Pennsylvania Region since 2006.

Mr. Jim Kurek serves as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer and Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Liberty Property Trust and as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at D&H.

Mr. James C. Diggs has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He has been a Member of the Board of Trustee at the company since 2011. Previously, Mr. Diggs served as Director at Allegheny Technologies, Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at PPG Industries, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Diggs served as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at TRW Inc.
