Mr. Jose Mauro Mettrau Carneiro da Cunha has been the Chairman of the company, since 2020. Prior to this, he has been the Director of Odebrecht SA, since October 2019 and of Oi SA since 2018, and Chairman of the Oi SA since 2009. Mr. Carneiro da Cunha started his career as an employee of BNDES, and held several executive positions from 1974 to 1990 and was also appointed officer from 1991 to 1998 and Vice President responsible for the industrial operations, legal and fiscal matters areas from 1998 to 2002.

Mr Roberto Bischoff has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Priot to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ocyan. Preceeding this, he served various departments in the company, including Ipiranga Petroquímica in integration with Braskem's operations, Polyethylene and Vinyl business, Ethylene XXI Project, Idesa in Mexico, Latin America and the department of competitiveness and productivity.

Mr. Pedro van Langendonck Teixeira de Freitas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Head - Procurement and Institutional Relation of Braskem since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Strategy Officer of the company from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, he was a Strategy Consultant.
