Mr. Matteo Tiraboschi has been the Chairman of the company since December 2021. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Deputy Chairman of the company from 2011 to 2021 and has served as a Board Member of the company since 2002. Mr. Tiraboschi also served as the Head of Foreign Subsidiaries, Group Chief Financial Officer, and Investor Relator. Before joining the company, Mr. Tiraboschi served as a Chartered Public Accountant as part of his private practice for ten years and served at a major auditing firm in Milan.

Mr. Daniele Schillaci has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Nissan Motor Corporation and as the Head of Global Sales & Marketing and Electric Vehicles for Nissan, Datsun, and Infiniti brands. Mr. Schillaci also served as the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Toyota Europe and as the Brand Manager of Fiat Auto.

Mr. Alberto Bombassei has been the Chairman Emeritus of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the Board of Directors of MADE - Competence Center Industry 4.0 since 2019; Leonardo Committee's Executive Board since 2018; Vice-President of Aspen Institute Italy since 2018; Executive Board member of ASSONIME, an association of Italian joint-stock companies, since 2017; Member of the Board of Directors of ISPI since 2016. Earlier to these roles, he served as the President of the Italy-China Foundation from 2018 to 2020, a Member of the Chamber of Deputies and the X Production Activities Committee from 2013 to 2018, Vice President of Confindustria in charge of Industrial Relations from 2004 to 2012 and President of Federmeccanica from 2001 to 2004.

Ms. Cristina Bombassei has been the Director and Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to that, she serves as a Director of Kilometrorosso S.p.A and President of the Pro Universitate Bergomensi, and a member of the Board of Directors of Only The Brave. Ms. Bombassei is also on the Board of Directors of AIDAF and the Vice President of Confindustria Bergamo.
