Ms. Stefanie Berlinger has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2015. Currently, she serves as Managing Director and Partner of Lilja & Co. GmbH and Director - Institutional Equity Sales of Deutsche Bank AG. Previously, she served as Director - Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank AG. Prior to this, she served as Analyst - Corporate Finance at Deutsche Zentralgenossenschaftsbank AG.

Mr. Jens Birgersson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2025. Also, he has three decades of international leadership experience, including CEO roles in Europe, Australia, and the United States.

Mr. Thomas Reisten has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Vantage Towers AG. Prior to this, he held various positions at Vodafone, including Chief Financial Officer in the UK, India, Ireland, and the AMAP region.

Mr. Guus Dekkers has been a Director of the company since May 2026. He also has been the Chief Technology Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee at Tesco PLC since 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Dekkers served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and the Corporate Chief Information Officer at Airbus Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President at Continental’s Automotive Division. He was the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President at Siemens VDO Automotive, and a Vice President of Information Technology, Europe and International, at Johnson Controls. He held various positions at GEDAS, and served as a Business Process Reengineering Expert and an Executive Assistant to the Corporate Chief Information Officer at Volkswagen.
