Ms. Sheryl M. Crosland has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director and Head of Retail Sector at JP Morgan Investment Management Global Real Assets Group from 1998 until 2014. Ms. Crosland also held various positions in real estate investment management in JP Morgan’s Investment Management Global Real Assets Group from 1984 to 1998. Earlier, she was a Director of Donahue Schriber Realty and Edens Investment Trust.

Mr. Brian T. Finnegan has been the Director of the company since 2025. He is also Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and President at the company in 2024. Mr. Finnegan also served as the Executive Vice President of Leasing, Chief Revenue Officer at the company from 2020 to 2023. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Leasing & Redevelopment for the West region from 2009 to 2014. Earlier, he was the Vice President of Redevelopment and the Regional Vice President of Leasing at the company.

Mr. Steven T. Gallagher has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from January 2024 to July 2024. Mr. Gallagher worked as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from March 2017 to January 2024. Previously, he also served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Netrality Properties from 2015 to March 2017.

Mr. Kevin Brydzinski has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Accounting & Reporting at Brixmor Property Group from March 2018 to July 2024. Mr. Brydzinski worked as Vice President, Corporate Accounting at Brixmor Property Group from March 2017 to March 2018. Previously, he also served as Director, Corporate Accounting at Brixmor Property Group from March 2013 to March 2017.

Ms. Helane G. Stein has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of Brixmor Property Group from July 2015 to July 2024. Ms. Stein worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) from 2001 to 2015. Previously, she also served as a Technology Professional at Siemens from 1989 to 2001.
