Mr. Henry Samueli has been the Chairman of the company since December 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technical Officer of the company from February 2016 to December 2018. He also served as the Vice President of Research and Development from 1991 to 2003 and as a Technology Advisor from 2009 to 2016 of the company. Earlier, Mr. Samueli was the Chief Scientist and one of the founders of PairGain Technologies from 1998 to 1994. He served as Chairman and Co-Chairman of Broadcom Corp from 1991 to 2008. He also employed in various engineering and management positions in the Electronics and Technology Division of TRW, Inc from 1980 to 1985.

Mr. Hock E. Tan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since March 2006. Currently, he serves as a director at Meta Platforms, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Integrated Device Technology Inc (IDT) from 2005 to 2008. Previously, Mr. Tan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Circuit Systems Inc from June 1999 to September 2005. He also held several executive leadership positions at ICS, including Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1999 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 1999. Earlier, He also served as the Vice President of Finance with Commodore International from 1992 to 1994 and held senior management positions with PepsiCo and General Motors. Mr. Tan served as the Managing Director of Pacven Investment Ltd from 1988 to1992. He also served as the Managing Director for Hume Industries Ltd in Malaysia from 1983 to 1988.

Ms. Kirsten M. Spears has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Controller and Vice President of the company from May 2014 to December 2020. She also held various positions in LSI including Vice President and Controller of LSI from 2007 to 2014. She served at Price Waterhouse LLP, Raychem Corporation and Bank of America.

Mr. Alan Davidson is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He served in several leadership positions at Broadcom. Previously, he worked for various companies including HP, Agilent and Avago.

Mr. Mark D. Brazeal has been the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Legal Officer from March 2017 to December 2021. He also served as the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of IP Licensing at SanDisk Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Brazeal held several managerial positions in the company including Senior Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel from 2000 to 2014. Earlier, he worked as an attorney in the transactional and IP groups at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Yuasa & Hara in Tokyo, Japan, and Howrey & Simon in Washington.
