Ms. Eileen K. Murray serves as the Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Chair of the Board of Governors of FINRA from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, she held several Chief Executive Officer positions at various financial institutions, including Bridgewater Associates, LP, Investment Risk Management LLC and Duff Capital Advisors. Earlier, she spent 23 years at Morgan Stanley where she held several leadership roles including Member of the Management Committee, Co-Head of Technology, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of the Institutional Securities Group.

Mr. Timothy C. Gokey has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the company’s President from 2017 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2019, and Chief Corporate Development Officer from 2010 to 2012 . Mr. Gokey served as the President of the Retail Tax Business of H&R Block from 2004 to 2009. He was a partner of McKinsey & Company from 1986 to 2004. With in McKinsey & Company, he served as the Leader, North American Financial Institutions Marketing and Sales Practice from 2002 to 2004 and as the Leader, North American CRM practice from 1997 to 2002. Currently, he serves on the Board of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Christopher J. Perry has been the President and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he held various leadership roles in Thomson Reuters including Global Managing Director of Risk for the Financial & Risk division. From 2011 to 2013, he served as the President of Global Sales and Account Management at the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters and from 2006 to 2010, he served as President, Americas for Thomson Reuters and its predecessor, Thomson Financial. Mr. Perry was elected to the board of directors of Verisk Analytics, Inc. in 2025. He also serves on the board of directors of the Financial Services Institute and previously served as a board member of The RepTrak Company from 2021 to 2024.

Ms. Ashima Ghei has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2024. Previously, she served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from July 2024 to December 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Broadridge’s ICS business from January 2022 until July 2024. Prior to joining Broadridge, Ms. Ghei spent 18 years at American Express, where she held a range of increasingly senior roles in finance and business strategy, most recently serving as the Head of Merchant Pricing for the Americas from 2017 to 2021.

Mr. Tyler Derr has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Global Technology and Operations business, and Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the global tax business of H&R Block at OppenheimerFunds.
