Mr. Jeffrey Blidner has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Currently, he also serves as a Director of BEPC, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., Brookfield Property Partners L.P., Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation, Brookfield Business Corporation and Brookfield Property REIT Inc and Vice Chairman and Director of Brookfield Corporation. Mr. Blinder also serves as the Chairman of Brookfield Business Partners. Earlier, he served as the senior partner at a Canadian law firm.

Mr. Mike Carney is the Chairman of Brookfield Asset management, the controlling entity of the company and also serves as the Head of Transition Investing. Prior to this, he served as the Governor of the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020; Chairman of Financial Stability Board from 2011 to 2018 and the Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2008 to 2013. Previously, he served at Goldman Sachs and the Canadian Department of Finance.

Mr. Connor Teskey has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to this, he served in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank. Currently, he also serves as the Head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business

Ms. Kelly Goddard has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served in various development, operations and strategy roles including Senior Vice President of Sustainability at BP.

Mr. Mitch Davidson has been the Head of the United States Asset Management and Managing Partner of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held several senior executive positions with energy companies, including President and Chief Executive Officer of NextEra Energy Resources. Previously, he held executive positions at Duke Energy North America, Entergy-Koch LP and Entergy Power Marketing Inc.
