Mr. Jeffrey Blidner has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. He also serves as a Director of Brookfield Property Partners, Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners; and Chairman of Brookfield Business Partners.

Mr. Mike Carney is the Chairman of Brookfield Asset management, the controlling entity of the company and also serves as the Head of Transition Investing. Prior to this role, he served as the Governor of the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020; Chairman of Financial Stability Board from 2011 to 2018 and the Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2008 to 2013. Previously, he served at Goldman Sachs and the Canadian Department of Finance.

Mr. Bruce Flatt has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served in Brookfield’s real estate and investment operations and has served on numerous public company boards over the past two decades.

Mr. Wyatt Hartley is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of Brookfield Renewable. Prior to this, he also held senior finance roles in the organization which include Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure Group’s operations in Americas as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Acadian Timber.

Mr. Mitch Davidson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the United States and Managing Partner of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held several senior executive positions with energy companies, including President and Chief Executive Officer of NextEra Energy Resources. Previously, he held executive positions at Duke Energy North America, Entergy-Koch LP and Entergy Power Marketing Inc.
