Mr.Frank H. Laukien has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1991. He also serves as the President of Bruker Daltonics. Prior to this, he has been a part-time professor at the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences (SILS) of the University of Amsterdam, and from 2002 to 2003, he served as Chairman of the Analytical & Life Science and Diagnostics Association (ALDA). Dr. Laukien served as a Trustee of the Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts from 2006 to 2013.

Mr. Gerald Herman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Herman held Senior Executive positions with various global publicly traded companies, including as Corporate Vice President - Clinical Operations of PAREXEL International from 2014 to 2016, and as Corporate Vice President & Controller-Finance of PAREXEL from 2008 to 2013.

Mr. Bukhard Prause has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies, Inc. since 2008. He served as the director of BEST from 2012 to 2013 and as a director of Hydrostatic Extrusions Ltd since 2013. He was the Managing Director of Bruker EAS GmbH and Bruker HTS GmbH since January 2005 and also the director of RI Research Instruments GmbH since December 2008, and Bruker ASC GmbH since March 2009.
