Previously, he served as the Commercial Director of Hair Care Greater China at P&G in 2014 and as the Global Barsoap & Bodywash Franchise Leader at P&G in 2013. He also served as the Assistant Brand Manager of Food & Beverage CEE&MEA at P&G in 1998.

Mr. Matthias Metz has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Consumer Markets Segment. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH. Previously, he served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Fackelmann GmbH + Co. KG. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Zwilling J.A. Henckels Shanghai Ltd and Zwilling J.A. Henckels Kitchenware Shanghai Ltd., Shanghai (China). He also served as the Head of Corporate Development at Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, Solingen.
