He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH. Previously, he served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Fackelmann GmbH + Co. KG. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Zwilling J.A. Henckels Shanghai Ltd and Zwilling J.A. Henckels Kitchenware Shanghai Ltd., Shanghai (China). He also served as the Head of Corporate Development at Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, Solingen.

Mr. Thorsten Lucke has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2024. Previously, he was the Head of Mobility Electronics of Robert Bosch GmbH.

Mr. Lars Schubert has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Technology Officer from 2019 to 2022, and Vice President Operations Cooking Products from 2016 to 2019 at BSH Home Appliances Holding China. He also served as the Vice President of Technical Product Management, Cooking Products at BSH Hausgerate, and Plant Manager at BSH Home Appliances Corporation of North America division.

Mr. Alexander Dony has been the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Greater China Region at BSH Home Appliances Group. in 2019. He also served as the Chairman and Co-founder of Swiss Butchery in 2015. Previously, he served as the Commercial Director of Hair Care Greater China at P&G in 2014 and as the Global Barsoap & Bodywash Franchise Leader at P&G in 2013. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of Male Grooming Greater China in 2010 and as the Regional Director and Associate Marketing Director of Prestige Asia Pacific at P&G. He also served as the Brand Manager of Pantene Design at P&G in 2003. Previously, he served as the Brand Manager of Fine Fragrances Asia Pacific at P&G in 2000. He also served as the Assistant Brand Manager of Food & Beverage CEE&MEA at P&G in 1998.

Mr. Rudolf Klotscher has been the Chief Sales & Service Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company in 2020. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Goods Global Product Division in 2014. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Eastern Europe and Chief Executive Officer at BSH Bosch and Siemens Hausgerate GmbH. He also served as the Director of Water Treatment Division in 2002 and as the Head of Product Management for Air-Conditioning and Heating Appliances in 1999 at BSH Bosch and Siemens Hausgerate GmbH. Earlier, he served as the Product Manager for Small Thermal Appliances in 1996 and as the Area Product Manager (D/A/CH) for Refrigeration and Dishwashing at Bauknecht Hausgerate GmbH in 1995. He also served as the Assistant of Sales Director at Whirlpool Hausgerate Vertriebs GmbH in 1993.
