Mr. Peter H. Kappel has been the Chairman of the company 2022. Previously, he served as the Corporate Director, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2022 to 2022. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Nomura, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Calyon and DVB Bank. He also served as the Investment Banker and Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Earlier, he also served as the Managing Director in charge of European Securitization businesses.

Mr. Kip Underwood has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales at Benson Hill. Prior to this he served as the Vice President of Specialty Protein Business at DuPont Nutrition and Health. He also held the position of NAFTA Regional President with DuPont Nutrition and Health from 2014 to 2017.

Ms. Jade Cheng is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company. Previously, she served as the President and Director of Burcon Group Limited from 2007 to 2022. Prior to this, she also served as a Director and President of Regent Park Realty Inc. from 1998 to 2021. Earlier, she held senior financial positions with TSX-listed real estate development and ownership company and Manager at Coopers & Lybrand’s.
