Mr. John J. Mahoney has been the Chairman of the company since February 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Mahoney served on the Boards of Directors of Advo Inc from 2001 to 2007; Tweeter Home Entertainment Group Inc from 2004 to 2007; Zipcar Incu from 2010 to 2012 and The Michaels Companies Inc from 2013 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company from 1996 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2006. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 1996 to October 1997. Currently, he serves as a member of the board of directors of Bloomin’ Brands Inc and Chico’s FAS Inc.

Mr. Michael O’Sullivan has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since September 2019. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ross Stores for 16 years and as a Director from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he was a partner at Bain & Company from 1991 to 2003.

Mr. Kristin Wolfe has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since August 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance of Ross Stores, Inc from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Store Operations from 2018 to 2021; as the Group Vice President of Store Finance and Strategy from 2016 to 2018; as the Vice President of Store Finance and Strategy from 2014 to 2016; Senior Director of Corporate Strategy from 2012 to 2014 and Director of Store Operations Finance from 2009 to 2012.

Mr. Travis Marquette has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since October 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Ross Stores, Inc from March 2021 to July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the same company from 2019 to 2021. Earlier he served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2019, and Senior Vice President, Finance from 2017 to 2018. He also served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations from 2015 to 2017; as the Group Vice President of Store Operations from 2013 to 2015; and Vice President of Store Operations Finance from 2009 to 2013.

Ms. Jennifer Vecchio has been the Chief Merchandising Officer and Group President of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Merchandising Officer and President of the company from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, she provided consulting services to merchandising sector of the company from 2014 to 2015. She also served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising of Ross Stores from 2009 to 2011 and as the Senior Vice President of Ross Stores from 2005 to 2009. Ms. Vecchio held various positions in the merchandising organization of Macy’s from 1988 to 1997.
