Mr. Jeffrey D. Yowell has been the Executive Chairman of the Board of Butler national Corp since 2025. He is the founder of JDY Inc., a consulting firm specializing in C-Suite services, and the owner of Getter Farms, LLC. Previously Mr. Yowell has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Trust of Buffalo Funds, a mutual fund complex of 10 funds, and he has served as its Board Chairman. Previously, Mr. Yowell was the President and Chief Executive Officer of DataCore Marketing, LLC. from 1992 to 2012.

Mr. J. Reedy has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Secretary of the company from 2005. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Secretary of the company. He joined the company in 2005. He served the Colantuono & Associates, LLC in the area of aviation, general business and employment counseling with the Polsinelli, White firm. Mr. Reddy was the aviation product development and sales in Bendix/King, a division of Allied Signal Inc. from 1995 to 1997.

Ms. Mickie Lamphere has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2025. Previously, she was the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of ICOP Digital from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, she was the Controller of Hooper Holmes from 2018 to 2019. she was the Korn Ferry, CB Partners, Robert Half, ALKU, and Accounting Principals.
