Ms. Jan A. Bertsch has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this she served as a Director of the company from 2013 to 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Owens-Illinois Inc from November 2015 to April 2019 and as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sigma-Aldrich from March 2012 to November 2015. Earlier, she served at BorgWarner Inc from 2009 to 2012.

Mr. Rex D. Geveden has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from October 2015 to December 2016. Mr. Geveden served as the Vice President of Teledyne DALSA Inc from 2014 to 2016. He also worked as Executive Vice President of Teledyne Technologies Inc from 2013 to 2016; and President and the Chef Executive Office of Teledyne Scientific and Imaging LLC from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as President of Teledyne Brown Engineering Inc and Teledyne Engineered Systems Segment from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, Mr. Geveden served as Associate Administrator of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Director of TTM Technologies Inc.

Mr. Robb A. LeMasters has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the company from July 2020 to November 2021. Previously, he served as the Director of the company from July 2015 to April 2020. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Managing Director at Blue Harbour L.P. from 2011 to 2015; and was a Founding Partner of Theleme Partners from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, he served as the Partner at The Children's Investment Fund from 2008 to 2009 and as Vice President in the retail value/event-driven group at Highbridge Capital Management from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Jason S. Kerr has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of BWXT since June 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller of the company from 2010 and 2014. Previously, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP from June 2002 to November 2010 and as an Audit Senior at Arthur Anderson from September 1999 to June 2002.

Mr. Robert Duffy has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since August 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer For Harris Corporation. Prior to this he held various leadership positions at Sikorsky Aircraft, UTC Fire & Security, Carrier Corporation, Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney.
