Mr. Dave Bozeman has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Ford Customer Service Division and Vice President of Enthusiast Vehicles for Ford Motor Company's Ford Blue. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Amazon Transportation Services at Amazon.com, Inc. He also served as the Vice President of Enterprise Systems at Caterpillar, Inc.

Mr. Damon Lee has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE Commercial Engines and Services at GE Aerospace. Mr. Lee also served as the Vice President of Finance, Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) at Aptiv. He also served as the Vice President of Finance for Wyman Gordon, a division of Precision Castparts Corp.

Mr. Michael W. Neill has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the IT Director, Application Development of the company from 2010 to 2018. Mr. Neill also served as the IT Director, Infrastructure and Security from 2005 to 2010 and Software Development Manager of the company from 2002 to 2004. He joined the company in 2002. He held various management positions at ADC Telecommunications and Trans Consolidated Incorporated.

Ms. Angie Freeman has been the Chief Human Resources & ESG Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the President of the company. She serves as a Director of Aebi Schmidt Group, and University of North Dakota Alumni Association & Foundation.
