Mr. Randy Neely serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer, since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TransGlobe Energy. He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He has served in executive and financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Zodiac Exploration, Chief Financial Officer of Pearl Exploration & Production and Chief Financial Officer of Trident Exploration.

Ms. Clare Mawdsley has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this she served as a Director of Financial at Capricorn from December 2021-January 2023. Previously she served as a Group Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager roles at Caoricorn and Senior Tax Advisor at E&Y.

Mr. Craig van der Laan has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since February 2023. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the New South Wales Government’s Barangaroo Delivery Authority. Prior to this, Mr. Craig held several positions with the Brambles Group, including as President of Brambles’ CHEP logistics/network business across the APAC region, Global Head of M&A, Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary. Earlier, he held senior executive and advisory roles with the Westfield Group, Transurban Group, CIMIC Group, Lend Lease Corp, and the Foster’s Group.
