Mr. Mathew Masters has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of Quoted Equity and the Head of the Capital portfolio at the company.

Mr. Rob Memmott has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of John Laing Group PLC, Servisair-Globeground, and Arrow Global Group PLC. He also served as the Director of Finance at Leeds Bradford International Airport and Alfred McAlpine Infrastructure Services.

Mr. Jamie Cayzer-Colvin has been the Head of Funds and a Director of the company since 2005. Previously, he served as the Chairman of The Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust and a Director of Polar Capital Holdings and Polar Capital Funds. He also serves as the Chairman of The Caledonia Investments Charitable Foundation and the RHS Pension Scheme.

Mr. David C. Stewart has been the Chairman of CIP since July 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Odey Asset Management from 2005 to 2012. Previously, he served as a President and Head of Emerging Markets at Fidelity Investments. He also serves as the Chairman at Hermes Investment Management, and IMM Associates Ltd and a Director of Longview Partners.

Ms. Lynn Fordham has been a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Partner of Larchpoint Capital LLP from 2017 and 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at SVG Capital. Ms. Fordham also worked at Barratt Developments, BAA, Boots, ED&F Man, BAT and Mobil Oil. Earlier, she was a Director at Fuller, Smith & Turner. Currently, she serves as a Chairperson of RMA-The Royal Marines Charity and Pollen Street Social Group Limited and a Director of Dominos Pizza Group, NCC Group and Enfinium.
