Ms. Diane M. Sullivan has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 2014 to January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from March 2006 to May 2011. Previously, Ms. Sullivan worked as the President of the company from January 2004 to March 2006. She also served as the Vice Chairman of the Footwear Group for Phillips-Van Heusen from 2001 to 2003. Ms. Sullivan served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Stride Rite Corporation from 1995 to 2001.

Mr. John W. Schmidt has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including the Division President of Brand portfolio from October 2015 to December 2020, Division President of Contemporary Fashion Brands from January 2011 to September 2015, Senior Vice President of Better and Image Brands from January 2010 to January 2011. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Better and Image Brands of the company from March 2008 to January 2010.

Mr. Jack P. Calandra has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of a.k.a. Brands in 2021. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Tailored Brands Inc from 2017 to 2020. Earlier, he held varied executive finance positions including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at Gap Inc from 2005 to 2016.

Mr. Todd E. Hasty has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company from March 2019 to January 2020. Previously, he worked as the Vice President and Controller of the company from March 2016 to March 2019 and served as the Vice President and Assistant Controller of the company from October 2007 to March 2016.

Mr. Willis D. Hill has been the Senior Vice President, and the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from August 2017 to September 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology of the company from January 2017 to August 2017. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Retail Information Technology from July 2011 to January 2017. Mr. Hill also worked as the Director of Retail Information Technology of the company from July 2008 to July 2011.
