Mr. Phil Hodgson has been the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he founded a Consultancy firm providing consultancy on Commercial, M&A, Management Expertise, Project Development for LNG, Biofuel, Clean Coal, Geothermal Energy, Logistics and Consumer Goods sectors. Earlier, Mr. Hodgson served in various positions in Commercial and Technical areas at Shell Company.

Mr. Mark Sceats has been the Chief Scientist and Director of the company since 2014. He is also a founder and a Member of the Technical Committee of the company. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor at the James Franck Institute at the University of Chicago, University of Rochester, New York, and also served as Reader in chemical reaction kinetics at the University of Sydney. Prior to this, he served as a Fellow of Royal Australian Chemical Institute, the Australian Academy of Technological Science and Engineering and Companion of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Mr. Darren Charles has been the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Seeker Wireless Pty Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Altium Ltd Earlier, Mr. Charles served various roles at Altium in M&A, IPO, taxation, corporate planning, financial reporting, and compliance activities in the US and Europe.

Ms. Alison Deans has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Currently, she also serves as the Chairwoman of Cochlear and a Director of Deputy Group Pty Ltd, Ramsay Health Care, and Fitness Passport Pty Ltd. Earlier, Ms. Deans served as the Chief Executive Officer of eBay Australia and New Zealand, ECorp Limited, Hoyts Cinemas, and Netus Pty Ltd.
