Mr. Mick Beekhuizen has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the board of directors of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the President of Campbell’s Meals and Beverages Division from November 2022 to January 2025. He joined the company in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice president. Prior to joining Campbell’s, Mr. Beekhuizen worked as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer at Chobani from March 2016 to September 2019. He also spent 13 years with Goldman Sachs in roles including Managing Director in the merchant banking division.

Mr. Todd Cunfer has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Freshpet. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Simply Good Foods Company. Prior to that, he held various roles in The Hershey Company, including Vice President, International Finance, Vice President; Global Supply Chain Finance; and Vice President, North America Finance.

Ms. Kelly L. Palumbo has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Senior Vice President of the company since September 22, 2025. Previously, she was the Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at Charles River Laboratories. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance, Transformation and Talent Strategy, and Senior Finance Director for Global Beauty and Baby Portfolios at Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Anthony J. Sanzio has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2022. He joined Campbell's as the Director of Corporate Communications in 2006 and later in 2008 was promoted to Group Director of Corporate and Brand Communications. Mr. Sanzio began leading the company’s communications from March 2011. Prior to this, he served eight years at Eastman Kodak Company in communications roles including Worldwide Director, Marketing & Communications Services, and Director, Strategic Communications, in Kodak’s Communications and Public Affairs department. Earlier, he served at Weber Shandwick and Kirshenbuam Bond & Partners. He joined the company as Director of Corporate Communications.

Ms. Diane Johnson May has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief People and Culture Officer of the company since her joining in 2022. Before joining the company, she served as the Senior Vice President, People and Culture, North America at Manpower Group from 2020 to 2021. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Brookdale Senior Living from 2019 to 2020. She also served as the Managing Vice President of The Deli Source, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, Ms. May spent 35 years at Kraft Foods, where she held key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2012 to 2015.
