Mr. Dani Reiss has been the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2001 to 2022. He also serves as the Director of Polar Bears International and Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Neil Bowden has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Group Finance in 2019 to 2023 at the company. He also worked as the Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2018 to 2019; and Director of Finance from 2016 to 2018 at the company. He started his career at KPMG. Mr. Bowden also worked as a member of the Board of Directors of the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Mr. John Moran has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain from 2018 to 2022, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain from 2017 to 2018 at the company. Previously, Mr. Moran worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing of the company from 2014 to 2017. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Robert Talbott Inc from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations from 2003 to 2011 at Smith & Vandiver Corp. Mr. Moran was held several positions including Chief Operating Officer at Gitman Brothers Shirt Company from 1984 to 2003.

Ms. Marjan Anwar Khan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, she served at spent eight years at Restaurant Brands International. She also served leadership roles at Tim Hortons and Deloitte.

Mr. Matt Blonder has been the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Global E-commerce at Wolverine Worldwide from 2021 to 2023, and Chief Digital Officer at Reebok from 2017 to 2021. He also held various e-commerce and digital marketing leadership positions at Barnes & Noble, Inc. and Toys “R” Us. Mr. Blonder has over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, digital experience, marketing, merchandising, social and omnichannel sector.
