Mr. Gordon T. Trafton has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice-President of Strategic Acquisitions and Integration and Southern Region at Canadian National Railway. He also served as the Vice-President of Information Technology Services at Illinois Central Railroad.

Mr. Keith Creel has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2013 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President at Canadian National Railway Co from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Creel held various positions at Canadian National Railway Co including Executive Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Eastern Region, Senior Vice President of Western Region, and Vice President of the Prairie Division. Earlier, he also served as an Intermodal Ramp Manager at Burlington Northern Railway; Superintendent and General Manager at Grand Trunk Western Railroad; Trainmaster and Director of corridor operations at Illinois Central Railroad.

Ms. Isabelle Courville has been the Chairperson of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Director of the company. She was the Chairman of the Laurentian Bank of Canada. Ms. Courville served as the President of Hydro-Québec Distribution and Hydro-Quebec TransEnergie. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Nordiq Group. Earlier, she was the President of Bell Canada's Enterprise Group. She also serves as a Director of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc, Gecina S.A., and TVA Group.

Mr. Nadeem Velani has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company from 2016 to 2017. Previous, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at the company from 2013 to 2015; and Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Velani also served in various positions such as Strategic and Financial Planning, Investor Relations, Sales and Marketing, and the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer at Canadian National Railway Company.

Mr. Mark Redd serves as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at the company. Mr. Redd held various roles at Kansas City Southern, including the Vice President of Transportation. He joined the company in 2013.
