Mr. K Satyanarayana Raju has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since February 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as a Chief General Manager at the Bank of Baroda. He also headed various branches for 12 years, including the specialized corporate banking branch.

Mr. S K Majumdar has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the bank since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of the bank. He has more than 21 years of experience in banking in various capacities and departments. He joined the bank in January 2000.

Mr. Vishal Bhatia has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since September 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Kotak Cherry Investment ecosystem Digital platform.

Mr. Vijay Srirangam has been the part-time Non Official Director and Non Executive Chairman of the bank since November 2022. He also serves as the General Partner at Cornerstone Venture Partners. Previously, he served as a Director General and Mentor at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services.
