Mr. Randall Sampson has been the Chairman since 2019 and President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1994. From 1987 to 1994, he managed the Sampson farms and was a horse owner. He worked in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche for five years. He also served as a Controller in a private company, Chief Financial Officer in a public company and Director of Communication Systems Inc since 1999. Currently, he serves as a Director and Vice President of the Thoroughbred Racetracks of America.

Mr. Randy J. Dehmer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance since 2021. Previously he served in many roles in the company from 2007 to 2013 such as Controller from 2012 to 2013. He held the position of position of Financial Controller at Clearfield Inc before taking up the present designation. He began his career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant.

Mr. Mary B. Fleming has been the Vice President of Human Resources of the company since 2014. He served as a Human Resources Manager and Director of the company since 2000 to 2014. Prior to this, he has experience in staffing industry, and leads all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.

Mr. Michael D. Hochman has been a Vice President of Card Casino Operations of the company since 2000. Previously, he opened the poker department for the Suquamish tribe in Suquamish and managed it from 1996 to 2000. He also opened the poker room at Luxor in 1993, and began his career in gaming at the Sahara in 1989.

Mr. Andrew Offerman has been a Senior Vice President of Racing Operations of the company since 2021. He oversees all aspects of the facility’s racing operations, pari-mutuel wagering operations, and outdoor property maintenance.
