Ms. Jill Gardiner is Chairman of the company. Previously, she served as the Managing Director and Regional Head of British Columbia, for RBC Capital Markets. She has also served as Head of Forest Products Group and Pipelines & Utilities Group of RBC Capital Markets. She has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry.

Mr. Avik Dey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Chief financial Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at NOVA Chemicals. Mr. Dey also served as the Managing Director and Head of Energy & Resources, Real Assets at CPP Investments. Earlier, he also served as Director for various companies including Crestone Peak Resources, Seven Generations Energy Ltd, Calpine and Teine Energy.

Mr. Kevin MacIntosh has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. Previously, he was the Vice President and Controller for Suncor Energy. Prior to this, he worked at Irving Oil.

Ms. Pauline McLean is the Senior Vice President of External Relations and Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, she held senior legal and commercial roles at Alberta Electric System Operator. Ms. McLean also served as the Corporate and Commercial Associate of Macleod Dixon LLP. She currently serves as the Director of Nature Conservancy Canada and Alberta Science Network.

Mr. Ferio Pugliese is the Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was also the Senior Vice President at Parkland and Air Canada. He also held Vice President roles at Hydro One and WestJet. Mr. Pugliese was also the Chairman of National Aviation Council of Canada. He was also the Director of Canadian American Business Council. Before this, he was also the Director of Canada China Business Council. Currently he serves as the Director of Strategic Aviation Council of Alberta.
